My mom's favorite holiday is the 4th of July. I used to think that was weird, but now I kinda think it is one of my favorites as well (let's be honest though, I love them all).
Every year it isn't raining and we are in town, we go to the US Bank Fireworks at the lakefront (although we have gone when it is cold and rainy, not so fun). We go to a special party sponsored by US Bank blah blah blah...

Yep, he fell asleep. Put some worker's ear protection on him and bam! he has no idea that there are fireworks going off in 4 different places and bad renditions of American songs (that I love) being blasted over the PA.
We had fun.
