Seven years and just remarried

That's what happens in My Favorite Wife.

Since wedding season isn't over yet.

And since I love this movie.

And I love Irene Dunn and Cary Grant together.

Pushy

For the last 4 months, the little guy has walked with assistance.

He loved getting pushed in his green ride and his wagon.

Then one day, he decided he wanted to push, even if it meant being held parallel to the ground (that was hard on the ol' arms).

So, I pulled out an old Pleasant Company stroller from when we were little that was a more appropriate size.

Best part is we don't have to hold him and/or bend over and push.  He does it all by himself.

He is a little boy now.  But still a baby.

While at BYU, Rodney Smith had an exhibit.

Loved it. Still love it.

I want to live in the world he creates.

Stages

Wedding jobs

This was one of my many jobs at a bff's wedding today.  Sword fighting with the candle lighters with another bff.  

We were able to light the candles without starting the church on fire/laughing uncontrollably.  

Yeah, we're proud of ourselves.

Wii helped me be a better bowler...sad

a bff had the rehearsal, dinner, and then the youngin's went a-bowling.

i did well the first game (still didn't break 100 though).

lost concentration on the second.

felt like i was in high school with all my friends.

had a blast.

can't wait for the wedding tomorrow.

Macro Hair Cut

Mowing the lawn is a bit like giving someone a hair cut.

I love to mow the lawn.  Ahhh... summer.

Are fun, but really annoying.

This week's film is Barefoot in the Park

Why? Because a bff is getting married on Saturday.

Not because I like Jane Fonda and Robert Redford (cuz I don't- yet, somehow I love them together and in this movie...).

And it's a Neil Simon play made into a movie.

And it reminds me of the personalities of my mom and dad.

Watch hilarious newlyweds who aren't real and end up divorced after MTV helped ruin their lives...

but, I digress...

Remember these two?
Well, I bought slide film for my Holga and had it crossed processed as per this master.
And I'm happy with the results.
The pictures are kinda crummy looking on here because these are proofs (contact sheet) and then scanned (not film scanned). They look better in real life.
Oh, and can you tell I'm ADDICTED to flare. Cuz I am.

Yeah, i can't draw/paint/anything.
But this is what i did for my daddy: a storyboard IOU.
He won't care that I don't have any talent/skills. Cuz he's my dad.
