Derby Night

We like to do fun things.  So finding a reason to have themed dinners or celebrations is always a plus.  The Kentucky Derby happens every year.  We try and do our own little thing for it (even though we don't live in Kentucky and don't do horse racing).  

This year we had a horse race.  The women took to the track and galloped to the finish line.  It was hysterical.  

Then we came home and had a delicious ham spread on biscuits and derby pie, both which are served as tradition down south for the race.  Um, if you haven't had derby pie, you are missing out.
